It's true that many people believe cooking at high heat with extra virgin olive oil is bad for your health etc however after moving to Spain, I found out that many not only drizzle extra virgin olive oils on toasts and salads but they cook anything with it - stir frying, baking, deep frying! I am definitely living like one of them now, and I have to say the food definitely tastes even better!
