Chef Tam's Late Supper (and More)
I think the "Siu Yeah" supper hosted by Chef Tam at Wynn Palace has become the unofficial after-party at the Michelin ceremony. I was lucky enough to join a few of those previously which were nothing short of spectacular, but this year was extra special as Chef Tam's restaurant at Wynn Palace, Chef Tam's Seasons, has just been awarded the second star for the first time this year - so there are more excuses for a grand celebration, as if we needed one for an evening of fun and food and drinks.

Over the Moon (Again)
"It's actually my birthday today..." Chef Andre shared with us this in a timid manner as he dropped by our table at the beginning of the dinner at Sichuan Moon. Probably not exactly his choice but we are happy to spend the evening with him on this special day - hahaha.

Over the Moon
We confirmed our booking at Sichuan Moon as soon as we knew Chef Andre would be in Macau at his restaurant on the same weekend we were in town for. We always wanted to visit since they open in early 2019 but never got a chance to get around to do that until now.

Quick Stay at Palace
In between two excellent meals at two separate Wynn properties in Macau the kind hotel PR team put us in a suite at Wynn Palace on the Cotai side. We have visited the hotel briefly previously but this is the first time we were staying there.

Cantonese Dinner at Wynn Palace
We made our way to yet another Macau trip this time mainly for a single reason, that is to have dinner at Wing Lei Palace, where Chef Tam Kwok-fung (formerly of Jade Dragon at City of Dreams Macau) has moved across and took the helm at the kitchen there a few months ago. We left office on the dot, hopped on to the Macau-bound ferry and made it to Wynn Palace hotel right on time for our late dinner.
